Read the Terms

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

Welcome to Bowie Bolt & Supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, online ordering features, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or purchasing products from Bowie Bolt & Supply (“Bowie Bolt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You may use our website for lawful purposes, including browsing products, requesting quotes, obtaining product information, and purchasing products.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or limit website access when reasonably necessary.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, quantities, availability, and other information.

However, typographical errors, pricing errors, specification errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Product photographs and illustrations are for general reference and may not represent the exact appearance, finish, packaging, manufacturer, or configuration of the product supplied.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their particular application before purchasing or using it.

3. PRICING

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Website and catalog prices may represent standard or example pricing. Better pricing may be available through individual quotes, volume purchases, contract pricing, pallet quantities, or other arrangements.

A quotation issued directly by Bowie Bolt & Supply may supersede general website or catalog pricing for the products and quantities identified in that quotation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is shipped.

4. QUOTATIONS

Quotes are subject to the pricing, quantities, availability, expiration dates, freight charges, and other conditions stated on the quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not guarantee inventory availability until an order has been accepted and processed.

Special pricing may depend upon purchasing the quantities specified in the quotation.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, minimum-order requirements, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Inventory levels may change without notice.

Products shown on our website may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We may substitute packaging or manufacturers when appropriate, provided the supplied product meets the applicable description or specification, unless the customer specifically requires a particular manufacturer or brand.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method or according to approved account terms.

Customers with approved credit accounts are responsible for paying invoices according to the terms shown on their invoices or account agreements.

Past-due accounts may be placed on hold, and additional orders may be refused until outstanding balances are resolved.

8. SALES TAX

Applicable sales, use, and other taxes may be added to an order as required by law.

Customers claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing valid exemption documentation before the transaction when required.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, manufacturers, weather, supply-chain disruptions, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused shipments, special delivery requirements, or other customer-requested services may be charged to the customer.

10. LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may be available in designated service areas.

Availability, minimum purchase requirements, delivery fees, delivery schedules, and other conditions may vary based on the customer’s location and order.

Delivery is considered completed when the merchandise is delivered to the location designated by the customer or otherwise accepted by the customer or the customer’s representative.

11. INSPECTION OF ORDERS

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after receiving it.

Any apparent shortages, shipping damage, incorrect products, or quantity discrepancies should be reported to Bowie Bolt & Supply as soon as reasonably possible.

Shipping damage may also need to be documented with the applicable carrier.

12. RETURNS

Returns are subject to Bowie Bolt & Supply’s current return policy.

Products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition to qualify for return.

Certain products may not be returnable, including:

  • Special-order products;
  • Custom-manufactured or modified products;
  • Cut-to-length materials;
  • Products purchased in specially ordered quantities;
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise; and
  • Products that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or improperly stored.

Return authorization may be required before merchandise is returned.

Restocking fees and return shipping charges may apply where permitted by law and disclosed under our return policy or sales agreement.

13. CANCELLATIONS

Standard-stock orders may be canceled before processing or shipment when possible.

Special orders, custom products, cut materials, manufacturer-direct orders, or products already processed for shipment may not be cancelable or may be subject to cancellation charges.

14. PRODUCT USE AND INSTALLATION

Bowie Bolt & Supply sells products used in many different applications and industries.

The customer, purchaser, installer, contractor, engineer, or other responsible professional is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular application.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable building codes, engineering requirements, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and other applicable standards.

Bowie Bolt & Supply does not provide engineering approval merely by selling or recommending a product.

15. WARRANTIES

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOWIE BOLT & SUPPLY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOWIE BOLT & SUPPLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE, MISUSE, INSTALLATION, FAILURE, OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, business interruption, labor costs, project delays, removal or reinstallation costs, or similar consequential losses.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. BUSINESS AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Commercial customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, pricing, shipping requirements, and other order information before placing an order.

Purchase orders containing additional or conflicting terms will not modify these Terms unless Bowie Bolt & Supply expressly agrees to those terms in writing.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

Bowie Bolt & Supply will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, manufacturer shortages, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, utility failures, or similar events.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and transactions with Bowie Bolt & Supply will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Bowie Bolt & Supply is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable quotation, invoice, return policy, privacy policy, credit agreement, or other written agreement between the customer and Bowie Bolt & Supply, constitute the applicable agreement concerning the transaction.
